Want your tot to get an early start on the world’s most rapidly growing language? Brooklyn's Xiao Long Center has been teaching Mandarin to local kids since 2007. Little Bun’s Playgroup (infant–3 years) and Little Bun’s Music Class (infant–4 years) are immersion sessions where kids learn through play, rhymes, stories and songs. Mandarin Immersion Program Comes to Boerum Hill and Brooklyn Heights

The Xiao Long (Little Dragon) Center, Inc. has started a Mandarin language program for children and adults in Boerum Hill and Brooklyn Heights to meet the growing demand for Chinese language instruction. Jennifer Lee, the owner, has created a dynamic program which incorporates singing, movement, games and cultural activities for children ages 8 months to 10 years of age. Classes are conducted primarily in Mandarin by native speaking teachers who provide a highly creative and energetic environment.

Xiao Long Center Celebrates Chinese New Year

Xiao Long Center, a Brooklyn-based company that offers Mandarin language programs for children and adults, began its celebration of the upcoming Year of the Rat with a trip to Manhattan’s Chinatown for a traditional Chinese cuisine known as dim sum.
